Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days in the Netherlands. For deliveries within Europe, expect your order to be shipped within 2-5 business days. For destinations outside of Europe, shipping will occur within 3-7 business days. Please note that prices do not include additional taxes or customs fees that may apply to orders outside of Europe.
Delivery times may vary, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If your purchase has not been received after this period, kindly contact [email protected].
RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to do so.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging and labels must be intact.
Partial refunds may be issued if the returned item is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts. Additionally, returns made more than 30 days after delivery may only receive a partial refund.
Always retain your tracking number and a copy of the return shipment receipt to have proof of return shipping.
Please ensure the return form is included with the returned goods. If you do not have the return form, please print and fill it out before enclosing it with your return.
Shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
For your protection, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
